Submissions go to the app developer through Formspree. Along with what you type and any screenshot you attach, the form sends the app version and platform (iOS or Android) that opened this page, so a bug report can be matched to a build. A screenshot shows whatever was on your screen, including your own tracker entries, so crop it if you would rather not share those. Nothing else is collected, and the app itself sends nothing.
